My Sin Build Attempt
ok well i couldnt find a sin build i really liked, so after experimenting this is what i came up with, plz comment.
Proffesion:
Assassin/Monk
Atributes:
Dagger - 12 +2 +1
Critical Strikes - 9 +1
Healing Prayers - 8
Left over - 5
health - 555 (sup. vigor rune)
Energy - 31 (2 attunement runes)
Weapons:
Longbow for pulling
Shiro's Blades
Poisonous Zodiac Daggers of Fortitude (for when the extra +1 health regen is really needed or when ur waiting for ur health to go up faster)
Skills:
Dash - for 3 seconds move 50% faster - 8 sec rechare - cost 5 energy
Golden Lotus Strike - Lead Attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +20 damage. If you are under the effects of an Enchantment, you gain 12 Energy. cost 5 energy - recharge time 15 sec
Leaping Mantis Sting - Lead Attack. If Leaping Mantis Sting hits, target foe takes +20 damage. If this attack strikes a moving foe, that foe is Crippled for 15 seconds.
Palm Strike (elite) - Target touched foe takes 65 damage. This skill counts as an off-hand attack. energy 10 - recharge 10 seconds - cast time 3/4 sec
Horns of the Ox - Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Horns of the Ox strikes for +30 damage. If struck foe is not adjacent to any allies, that foe is knocked down. energy 5 recharge 12
Twisting Fangs - Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +17 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 16 seconds. energy 10, recharge time 15 secs
Falling Spider - Must strike a knocked-down foe. If it hits, Falling Spider strikes for +35 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 20 seconds.
Mending - Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this "Enchantment", target ally gains Health regeneration of +3 - cost 10 energy -1 energy recharge - cast time 2 seconds.
Method of Build -
Keep Mending up all the time,
if foe is moving using leaping mantis sting followed buy Palm Strike, Horns of the Ox (if they are by themselves) then Falling Spider.
Otherwise after palm strike twisting fangs.
Keeping Mending up use golden lotus strike when you are low on energy.
i tried this in 1 AB game and it seemed to do quite well but i had to run off after i had killed someone and needed health. in pve it was pretty much the same, just relies on a monk
the major weakness is besides mending there is no healing so presuming u solo an enemy (espec. in pvp) you health is prob. around half (was what it was like after the majority of my kills in AB) you are very weak and open to attack.
if a healing monk stays by you i presume it would work out quite well.
What do you guys think?
i looked at putting healing breeze in somewhere but it just doesnt seem to fit anywhere without loosign a major skill, i thought about putting it in instead of dash but then that is bad because i cant catch up on foes to use leaping mantis sting on them if they are runnign away, also looked at putting in jungle strike for another bunch of dmg after leaping mantis but there just arnt enough skill spots.

Your combo is odd...and too bad for words.
Mending...
Res....
I think an empty skillbar would do better( figuratively speaking )

If you really insist on using mending with no other healing skills, use watchful spirit. So you can spend those points in healing elsewhere

Don't be a retard Yanman. He wants help, not shit.
Ghostcell, your combo is too big and frankly, not very good. You don't need to have both LMS and Palm Strike. You don't need to have Golden Lotus Strike either. If you are having problems with energy, ditch your Shiro's Blades for a pair of Zealous Daggers and up Critical Strikes to 13. Mending isn't a sufficient self-heal at all, it can help if your taking small amounts of damage with the same frequency like a solo farm build but wouldn't help much in other places.
Perhaps try fitting Gift of Health in your build to heal allies ? I always wanted to do that, power GoH with Critical Strikes. Like an Imbue Health Dervish.

How am I a retard? I give him a valueable tip, and if he gets the tip, he's on his way to becoming a better player.
As he stated it right now, his sole purpose for mending is GLS. Why not replace is with a better enchant, like Sharpen Daggers or sin's remedy?

You're on his case like a rabid dog as soon as he posts one reply. I said you were being retarded because you couldn't get your point across without unnecessary sarcasm.

All my posts are smeared with sarcasm. Even bad ones. I was just playing the good ol' mending is 1337 trick. Hopefully he gets it.

thanks i'll have tio try it - what would u put instead of res if i wasnt needing it depending on what im doing in pve? - although my major problem is my mask is +1 dagger mastery and its 15k imperial dyed black so i dont reallyw ant to replace it, maybe take dagger down to 11 +1 +1 and put other points into crit.

Bowstring Badass it works quite well, fine on casters and 1v1 on some warriors although i have found that lots of other sins just rip right through me, what would be a good way to set this build up with a lil more degen output? any ideas please?
